Defective Items:

We do our best to ensure every shipment is inspected for quality, but if for some reason your product is defective, we will gladly replace the item for you at no additional shipping cost to you.  

Please keep in mind, our Heirloom Blankets are made from 100% pure natural wool, which can have some variation.  Each blanket is made in Iceland by hand and loom, there may be slight variances in colour and sizing - this is normal.  Perfectly imperfect is part of what makes them so special.  Icelandic lambswool is a unique fibre, it is incredibly light-weight and warm.

RETURN POLICY:

Canadian Customers: We know you’re going to love your blanket! If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return for a full refund within 10 days of shipment. You will just need to cover return shipping to us. Up to 14 days after shipment, we will accept a return and issue an e-credit, if it meets all criteria.  You will just need to cover return shipping costs to us.

US Customers: We know you’re going to love your blanket! If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return for a full refund within 10 days of your shipment, less shipping costs. You will also need to cover return shipping to us. Up to 14 days after shipment, we will accept a return and issue an e-credit, if it meets all criteria.  You will also need to cover return shipping costs to us.

All returned items must be returned in the same condition they were received in including all tags and packaging, and must be unwashed.

Once your returned items have been received and inspected, your funds will be refunded to the original payment method.

We do not accept returns after 14 days, or on any items that are not in original condition.
